01Parties

La licence est accordée par Matthieu Pesesse, auteur et producteur des morceaux (« l'Artiste »), à la personne ou à l'entreprise qui a acheté un pack sous licence sur music.matthieupesesse.com (« toi »). Elle est liée à ta commande : adresse e-mail et numéro de paiement.

02Ce que la licence t'accorde

Un droit d'utilisation non exclusif, mondial, sans limite de durée et non transférable sur les morceaux du pack acheté (« les Morceaux »).

03Ce que tu peux faire

• Placer les Morceaux sur tes images : vidéos YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, clips, courts et longs métrages, publicités en ligne, podcasts, jeux et applications.
• Diffuser les Morceaux en public : DJ sets, soirées, événements, salles de sport, commerces.
• Monétiser les contenus qui utilisent les Morceaux.
• Couper, boucler, mixer les Morceaux et les mêler à d'autres sons dans tes productions.
• Utiliser les Morceaux dans un nombre illimité de projets, pour toi ou pour un client. Pour un client, la licence couvre le projet que tu lui livres.

04Ce que tu ne peux pas faire

• Revendre, partager, prêter ou redistribuer les fichiers, seuls ou en pack, gratuitement ou non.
• Publier les Morceaux comme œuvres autonomes sur les plateformes de streaming ou de téléchargement (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer…), ou en faire le seul contenu d'une vidéo.
• Enregistrer les Morceaux, ou un contenu qui les utilise, dans un système d'identification de contenu (YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager…).
• Te présenter comme l'auteur des Morceaux ou les déclarer auprès d'une société de gestion de droits.
• Utiliser les Morceaux pour entraîner ou alimenter un modèle d'intelligence artificielle.
• Utiliser les Morceaux dans un contenu illégal, haineux, diffamatoire ou pornographique.

05Télévision, radio, cinéma, publicité TV

Ces usages demandent une licence étendue, sur demande à info@matthieupesesse.com.

06Crédit

Il n'est pas obligatoire, mais toujours apprécié : « Musique : Matthieu Pesesse, music.matthieupesesse.com ».

07Réclamations sur les plateformes

Si une plateforme signale un Morceau dans ton contenu malgré cette licence, écris à info@matthieupesesse.com avec le lien du contenu et ton e-mail de commande : l'Artiste fera lever la réclamation.

08Origine des Morceaux

Les Morceaux sont composés et produits par l'Artiste, notamment à l'aide d'outils d'intelligence artificielle. L'Artiste garantit détenir les droits nécessaires pour accorder cette licence.

09Durée et fin

La licence est perpétuelle pour les projets réalisés. Si l'article 4 n'est pas respecté, elle prend fin automatiquement pour tout usage futur.

10Responsabilité

Les Morceaux sont fournis tels quels. Sauf faute grave ou intentionnelle, la responsabilité de l'Artiste est limitée au prix payé pour le pack.

11Droit applicable

La licence est soumise au droit belge, sans te priver des protections impératives de la loi de ton pays de résidence si tu achètes comme consommateur.

De licentie wordt verleend door Matthieu Pesesse, auteur en producer van de nummers ("de Artiest"), aan de persoon of het bedrijf dat een pack met licentie kocht op music.matthieupesesse.com ("jij"). Ze is gekoppeld aan je bestelling: e-mailadres en betalingsnummer.

02Wat de licentie je geeft

Een niet-exclusief, wereldwijd, in de tijd onbeperkt en niet-overdraagbaar gebruiksrecht op de nummers van het gekochte pack ("de Nummers").

03Wat je mag doen

• De Nummers onder je beelden plaatsen: video's op YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, clips, korte en lange films, online advertenties, podcasts, games en apps.
• De Nummers in het openbaar afspelen: dj-sets, feesten, events, sportzalen, winkels.
• Content die de Nummers gebruikt monetiseren.
• De Nummers knippen, loopen, mixen en combineren met andere geluiden in je producties.
• De Nummers gebruiken in een onbeperkt aantal projecten, voor jezelf of voor een klant. Voor een klant dekt de licentie het project dat je aan hem levert.

04Wat je niet mag doen

• De bestanden doorverkopen, delen, uitlenen of verspreiden, apart of als pack, gratis of niet.
• De Nummers als zelfstandige werken publiceren op streaming- of downloadplatforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer…), of er de enige inhoud van een video van maken.
• De Nummers, of content die ze gebruikt, registreren in een systeem voor contentidentificatie (YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager…).
• Jezelf voorstellen als de auteur van de Nummers of ze aangeven bij een beheersvennootschap.
• De Nummers gebruiken om een AI-model te trainen of te voeden.
• De Nummers gebruiken in illegale, haatdragende, lasterlijke of pornografische content.

05Televisie, radio, bioscoop, tv-reclame

Voor dat gebruik is een uitgebreide licentie nodig, op aanvraag via info@matthieupesesse.com.

06Vermelding

Niet verplicht, maar altijd gewaardeerd: "Muziek: Matthieu Pesesse, music.matthieupesesse.com".

07Claims op platforms

Als een platform een Nummer in je content markeert ondanks deze licentie, mail dan naar info@matthieupesesse.com met de link naar de content en het e-mailadres van je bestelling: de Artiest laat de claim intrekken.

08Herkomst van de Nummers

De Nummers zijn gecomponeerd en geproduceerd door de Artiest, onder meer met behulp van AI-tools. De Artiest garandeert dat hij de nodige rechten heeft om deze licentie te verlenen.

09Duur en einde

De licentie is eeuwigdurend voor gerealiseerde projecten. Wordt artikel 4 niet nageleefd, dan eindigt ze automatisch voor elk toekomstig gebruik.

10Aansprakelijkheid

De Nummers worden geleverd zoals ze zijn. Behalve bij zware of opzettelijke fout is de aansprakelijkheid van de Artiest beperkt tot de prijs die voor het pack werd betaald.

11Toepasselijk recht

De licentie valt onder het Belgisch recht, zonder je de dwingende bescherming te ontnemen van het recht van je woonland als je als consument koopt.

01Parties

The licence is granted by Matthieu Pesesse, author and producer of the tracks ("the Artist"), to the person or company that bought a licensed pack on music.matthieupesesse.com ("you"). It is tied to your order: email address and payment number.

02What the licence grants you

A non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual and non-transferable right to use the tracks of the pack you bought ("the Tracks").

03What you can do

• Put the Tracks under your images: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch videos, music videos, short and feature films, online ads, podcasts, games and apps.
• Play the Tracks in public: DJ sets, parties, events, gyms, shops.
• Monetise the content that uses the Tracks.
• Cut, loop and mix the Tracks and blend them with other sounds in your productions.
• Use the Tracks in an unlimited number of projects, for yourself or for a client. For a client, the licence covers the project you deliver to them.

04What you cannot do

• Resell, share, lend or redistribute the files, alone or as a pack, for free or not.
• Release the Tracks as standalone works on streaming or download platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer…), or make them the only content of a video.
• Register the Tracks, or content that uses them, in a content identification system (YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager…).
• Present yourself as the author of the Tracks or declare them to a collecting society.
• Use the Tracks to train or feed an artificial intelligence model.
• Use the Tracks in illegal, hateful, defamatory or pornographic content.

05Television, radio, cinema, TV advertising

These uses need an extended licence, on request at info@matthieupesesse.com.

06Credit

Not required, always appreciated: "Music: Matthieu Pesesse, music.matthieupesesse.com".

07Platform claims

If a platform flags a Track in your content despite this licence, write to info@matthieupesesse.com with the link to the content and your order email: the Artist will have the claim released.

08Origin of the Tracks

The Tracks are composed and produced by the Artist, partly with artificial intelligence tools. The Artist warrants holding the rights needed to grant this licence.

09Term and termination

The licence is perpetual for completed projects. If article 4 is not respected, it ends automatically for any future use.

10Liability

The Tracks are provided as they are. Except for gross or intentional misconduct, the Artist's liability is limited to the price paid for the pack.

11Governing law

The licence is governed by Belgian law, without depriving you of the mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence if you buy as a consumer.
